Teams can book their accommodation and transport through the Organising Committee , please contact Varese Convention & visitors Bureau at [email protected]
local transport
Shuttle service between the hotels and the regatta course will be provided for the teams who book through the organising committee.
The service will operate from 10h April 2024 to 14th April 2024. For info contact [email protected]
food
All meals will be provided at the hotel (full board). Teams will also have the possibility to have lunch at the venue if book hotel B&B of HB.
airport & train station shuttle
Shuttle from and to Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo airport and Varese train Station can be organized by LOC at fair price.
teams car and minivan parking area
Each Team will recive a free parking pass for one vehicle in the dedicated area.
For additional vehicle can be used Parking areas for private cars in walking distance to the venue. Tickets can be purchased directly at the parking areas for € 20,00/day.
